Barangay Chairman in Taal, Batangas Shot Dead

In Taal, Batangas, a motorcycle riding-in-tandem targeted and fatally shot a barangay chairman. The harrowing event was captured by a CCTV where the driver and the helmet-clad gunman rider approached the barangay hall. The back-rider in a blue shirt, while in motion, fired a fatal shot, resulting in the tragic demise of the victim.
